Young people today face many challenges, from social issues and bullying to academic pressures and anxieties; their experience is hyper-charged by the use of technology in every area of their lives. All our experience of growing up is so far removed from what they experience today that we might as well have grown up on a different planet!

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, as if no-one understands. They don’t feel they belong; at school, in social groups and sometimes at home. They feel uncomfortable with who they are, this leads to challenging behaviour and strained family relationships.

You don’t have to tackle this alone.

I specialise in coaching and mentoring young people aged 11-24 years. I help them to overcome anxiety, stress and lack of motivation; so they can find happiness, confidence, resilience and direction.
How can I help you?
Coaching
I offer one-to-one coaching, as well as family communication coaching, to support
young people.

This works really well online, meaning your child can talk to me from the comfort of home. It also makes it easier to fit sessions around busy schedules and school days.

I also offer support to parents as part of my work, and am happy to be in contact between sessions if needed as I understand that ‘life happens’.

To help you decide if coaching might be right for your and your child, why not book a free discovery call with me to discuss your situation.
Self-led tools
Based on my years of experience in coaching and teaching young people, I have created a suite of self-led help tools.

These options provide young people and their parents with immediate support and advice, and give you the opportunity to dip your toe in the water and see what it is like working with me.
